Our AI preliminary translation service translates the original text of MS Office documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) into multiple languages using AI translation programs such as Google, DeepL, Papago, and Bing, then provides the translated file without modifying the translation and maintaining the original layout.

- We generate and provide translations and maintain the formatting of the original document (including text, tables, and pictures), a step-up from free translation services such as Google, DeepL, Papago, and Bing.
- Only MS Office files (.doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, and .pptx) can be translated.
- Please use a separate high-quality translation service for PDF files.
- This AI preliminary translation service is perfect for companies with limited budgets who want a low-cost overview of the original document for informational purposes.

- Office document: KRW 1,000 per page [Basic rate: KRW 10,000 won](VAT excluded)
How to Use This Service

To receive a quote, click [Pricing Inquiries] and [AI Preliminary Translation] from the menu on the homepage, or send an email to evertran@evertran.com that includes the following information: 1) the original document to be translated (as an attached file), 2) the original language and target language of the translation, and 3) client information (including name and phone number).

Once the finalized quote has been confirmed and accepted, you can place an order for translation. We will translate the document(s), return it via email, and issue a tax invoice. For businesses, if you send your tax invoice, we will process it as a deferred payment (month-end settlement).

- Delivery of translations is only available during Customer Center service hours.
(Orders can be placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Delivery will be provided the next available business day.)
